Terms

These terms govern your use of Soilaire. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity that happens under it. You must be old enough to enter into an agreement in your jurisdiction.

Your content

You retain ownership of the garden data, photographs, and journal entries you put into Soilaire. You give us permission to store and display that content to you within the service.

Acceptable use

Don't use Soilaire to do anything illegal, abusive, or harmful to other people or the service.

Billing and cancellation

Every garden starts with a 14-day free trial — no card required. After the trial, continuing requires a paid plan: monthly, annual, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until canceled; you can cancel anytime from Settings, and you'll keep access through the end of your current billing period. A lifetime purchase is a single charge with nothing to renew or cancel. If your trial ends or a subscription lapses without payment, your account is simply locked until you subscribe — your garden, journal, and photos are kept safely and become available again the moment you do.

Changes and termination

We may update Soilaire and these terms over time. We'll let you know about material changes. You can stop using the service at any time.

Service availability

Soilaire is actively developed, and we regularly ship new features and improvements. We'll do our best to give notice before any change that affects your saved data.
